Siding Going On

This project utilized cedar look durable exterior panels.

Roofing Going On

Roof sheathing, underlayment and modern multi tab shingled going on! This structure will be water tight for decades!

Entry Doors and Eaves added

Several premium finishing touches included aluminium fascia / eaves trough, vinyl composite trim around doors / windows and an awesome metal roll up door for easy access!

Utilizing this covered porch area on the deck to transition it into a modern and comfortable 3 season room!

Faming started. Rough openings for several large casement windows and sliding door with built in louvered shutters!

Sheathing, insulation, barrier, windows and doors going in! Electrical wiring completed for lighting. Matching siding started.
